In addition to our renowned student success programming, the American Indian College Fund (College Fund) increases public awareness and changes perceptions of American Indians and Alaska Natives with the goal of advancing Native education and promoting cultural revitalization. Through positive, inclusive and celebratory experiences, College Fund events, in a very real and accessible way, change the narrative around Indigenous peoples and address socio-economic inequities affecting Indian Country. Twin Cities EATSS 2024
Originally home to more than 25 nations, Minnesota is steeped in American Indian roots. Today, we are excited to bring back a night of total immersion in Native culture, with art, food, discussion, and music from Indigenous creators and artisans.
On the cusp of Native American Heritage Month, this one-night-only event aims to bring together the tradition and diversity of Native culture and expression, served to you at the esteemed Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis.

Denver EATSS 2024
Situated at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, Denver has had an intimate relationship with Rocky Mountain and Great Plains tribes since its inception. Today, some of our favorite Native chefs and artists call Denver home, in addition to us here at the College Fund. We’re thrilled to get to share in an evening of indigenous culture with our hometown, and hope we’ll see all of our neighbors at EATSS Denver!

New York City EATSS 2025
New York is now the most populated state in the USA, but it was also one of the most populous hubs of Native activity, with more than 20 tribes calling it home, including the Oneida, Seneca, and Mohican. New York has always been a landmark when it comes to food and theater, and we felt it only natural to bring to the fore the Native food and art that has always existed on the land, but has been pushed to the background, with EATSS NYC!
